SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
The Softball Board has made the decision to open the registration period for Spring 2025 a week earlier than published due to the uncertainty of access to the Club’s mailbox in the Amenities Center. We’re also excited to now offer online registration and electronic payments through the Zelle app for existing club members.
If you have an account on the member portal, you can access the online registration process from the home page dashboard under the “Quick Links” section on the right. Navigate to the portal by clicking the “MEMBER PORTAL” menu option at the top right of this page. If you are a current club member and have not yet registered for a portal account, there is a button on the login page to request access.
If you are not a club member or want to use a paper application form, you can click here to download. Print, complete, and follow the directions for payments and returning.
SPRING 2025 CALENDAR KEY DATES
The Softball Board has finalized the dates for our Spring 2025 season.
Saturday January 18 – Registration Opens
Saturday February 8 – Registration Ends
Sunday March 2 – ML-A Draft
Monday March 3 – LL Draft and Reveal
Wednesday March 5 – ML-B Draft
Saturday March 29 – OPENING DAY
Saturday June 7 – CLOSING DAY
SPRING 2025 PLAYER EVALUATION SESSIONS
All NEW PLAYERS, those that did not play in Spring and Fall of 2024, or those returning from a significant health issue or surgery, MUST ATTEND at least one New Player Evaluation session in order to play. Those sessions are currently scheduled for:

Saturday, February 15, 11:00am – 1:00pm
Saturday, February 22, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
MEN’S PLAYER EVALUATIONS:
Saturday, February 15, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
