September 2 was our annual Hometown Heroes fundraiser event, featuring 3 exhibition games between our SCP all-stars and teams from the Griffin Police Department and Griffin Fire & Rescue.
Extreme heat caused our two afternoon games to be postponed, but we had beautiful weather to hold our Opening Day ceremonies and two games.
